I enjoyed my stay here

The only hotel no access to the beach in that area, the pool is under construction but they never mentions it. It’s not dirty but need lots of improvement. Too close to a big road, we heard all the traffic, no access to a terrasse from a room. Ac is noisy, no cofffe make working, dusty, light bulb wasn’t working. Nothing good about this Inn, nothing around no resto, a supermarket 15 mins walk. A guy who’s working there called Sheldon was super nice. We even saw someone was arrested and saw police canne, their internet is awful too. Really really not good. They dont care anything. No pool, everything need to be improved. 論外です。部屋もボロボロ、何も使えない。汚くはないですが、2度といきません。周りには何もないし。本当に最悪なホテルでしたー。

For the price can't beat it. Yeah some problems but right on the beach with access. Coffee always ready at 6:00 loved being able to view the sunrise from the hot tub. Stayed an extra day very nice people.

We booked this hotel despite the bad reviews. Honestly, we didn't have many options due to being spring break. We checked in to find the 3 rooms, nothing shy of what we read online. So bad we wouldn't stay at this location. There were people begging for money in the parking lot and sex workers trying to get our attention. We left and was lucky enough to find another place. The manager jay Patel refused to return the money for our three rooms. In fact he wouldn't come talk to me..There were blood spots and hair on the one bed with heavy smells in all three rooms. I'm currently fighting to get my money back. Almost 3k. I'll attach pictures which shows the date and location the pictures were taken at. (The beach house inn) Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this place.) I'll keep everyone posted on my refund after the lower takes them to court with my evidence.

Made a reservation through online service on 7/4/22, for check in 7/8/2022 and check out 7/10/22, when we arrived, we were informed the reservation charge did not go through, so we used another card, only later did we find out that the original card was charged as well, and this is somewhere we have stayed annually since 2019, but we have gotten nothing but the runaround from staff, who initially claimed we needed to talk to Marla, then told she was no longer there, THEN told they had a change of management, THEN told that we needed to dispute with credit card but since the 2 charges are on different date 7/4 and 7/8 - they didn't check anything and denied the dispute. So, we have put online reviews EVERYWHERE we can, and will continue to do so until the $447 is refunded. We have left messages and never ONCE got a return call, they are dodging the responsibility, but when it's filed in court, try dodging that & fees associated with collecting. Absolutely irresponsible and lack of customer service. DO NOT STAY here unless you want to be treated similarly.
