The hotel was let down by the cooking of the food, breakfast was way, way below hotels of this calibre. Bacon hard as leather, scrambled eggs packaged. The room, the situation and the decor was wonderful, the service was excellent. Such a shame as we would have loved to give it 10/10.

The noise and the constant loud music was unbearable. However the fighting outside from hotel guests after a party was really sad to see.

Bar manager was rude to my dad ! The rest of the bar staff was really good, we got back from moto GP at 8:50 went to have some dinner but couldn’t because the kitchen was closed on a Saturday at 8:50 not good enough really, the rooms are lovely just need new bar Manager serve dinner later

Reception and room very nice and easily accessible, unfortunately the room was extremely cold and the small electric heater wasn’t any good, in the summer would be lovely

Great location for where we needed to be, phone call check to see what time we would arrive, easy checking in, great rooms and restaurant meals excellent in taste and presentation.
Staff were excellent, helpful and polite.
