Homewood Suites by Hilton Lake Mary

The hotel is located in an ideal area. We stayed because we were dropping our Granddaughter off at the Sandford airport the next day. The room was spacious however the carpet had many stains and was ripped in the bedroom. The furniture had many stains as well was hesitant to sit on. The beds were cheap and very uncomfortable. There was no extra bedding to at least cover the couch. Wish I had spent $50 extra dollars to get a better nights sleep. There was no noise however tossed and turned all night.

I booked a King Suite and paid in advance on my arrival. I checked in and went to my room to find it was a Queen room. After calling the front desk I was told there were no Kings and there was nothing they could do

We liked the breakfast buffet and kindness of the hotel staff. Special kudos to Lourdes in the breakfast area. Thank oyu !

The room was nice bed comfortable shower pressure was horrible took forever to rinse my hair.Arrived late night didn’t take time to look out windows until morning only to find absolutely nothing but walls & air conditioning units I understand to some degree some rooms with poor views but 100% no view was a disappoin**ent a discounted rate would compensate the view! water pressure really needs to be fixed!!

Person on front desk late evening shift was not helpful or accommodating

Upon arriving noticed ac was not working, called front desk to see if we could get a different room and was told there was no more rooms available. We ended checking in a different hotel.

The first night that we were there the rooms AC didn’t work they couldn’t move me into another room until the next day. It was over 100° in the room. I had to buy two fans to try to make it somewhat tolerable which it wasn’t. My card was charged three times which the hotel said they would fix and it still hasn’t been fixed yet. They charged me for my service dog they charged me for Fees taxes which would’ve actually been paid for by my affirm account so they double taxed me. I’m still waiting for my money to come back. I am so very disappointed. My service dog was very uncomfortable and panting the whole night. It was the most uncomfortable night ever.

Staff was great. Check in super easy. Room was perfect. Pillows were a little too soft but overall this hotel was great.

I think the rooms were well kept clean, the beds ok. Problem was the Ac was down in the lobby, so the hotel was too warm. I was told the Ac was on in the rooms, which was not cool at all. The rooms were over warm.
