great hotel, nice & comfort. staff were amazing & helpful. definitely recommend!!

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast.Had to leave to find food.This needs improvement don’t list it as breakfast when it was a small muffin and coffee

I reserved a king size bed suite non-smoking. When I got to the 3rd floor, hallway was stuffy, smoking smell in the air. The room smelled like smoke and cleaning supplies at the same time. My partner and I didn’t even want to shower because of the bathroom conditions. We actually arrived after 10pm and left after 5am because my partner and I could not sleep due to our throats suddenly started hurting and my partner had a fever.

The condition of the suite itself was requiring some minor work. I know the facility manager was on top of it. The staff were all very, very nice, helpful and great!

The rooms have an old smell to them and definitely would benefit from some renovations. Some of the lights in my room were out so it was pretty dim. The first floor I was on smelled like feces. I’m not sure if it was from the dogs or just the normal smell. The room was pretty uncomfortable but I only had to stay a day so I made due. I’ve been here before and each time the staff would come to my room before checkout at 11am knock once then try to enter. I don’t care if it was free, I would never stay again. A lot of people seem to live there full time and at night people leave rocks in the side doors to keep them open.

this was the dirtyest hotel i've ever stayed in even after telling front desk there was hockers and spillage in the elevator for 2 days. never been to a hotel where you have to turn in your dirty towel to get a clean one.

The hotel staff called me around 759 pm to tell me that the hotel could not accommodate me because they were over booked and there was nothing they could to to guaranty my room and they put it to expidia to have me overbooked the lady on front desk stated that 3rd party’s agency use to overbook rooms anyways my issue was not with expidia I’m happy with there’s service it was the hotel Any way I was left with out a place to stayed and the front desk lady hunged up on me

Monica, Christina, Tina the General Manager are outstanding. They helped me so much and were so patient and friendly. I am so grateful for them and the wonderful stay. The housekeeping staff work around the clock to keep things super clean. I always see someone vacuuming the halls and lobby. Everything is perfect and I have stayed at many ESA in different states and cities. Oh! There’s are gorgeous views of Top Golf and green fields. It’s off of the Main Street but everything you could ever need is 3-5 minutes away. I love it 😍
