"I work in this industry.. your room cleanliness depends on the employee. Someone definitely needs to check over work after seeing other reviews on here. Our room was VERY clean. Upsetting the pool was closed. The ice machines need to for sure be fixed. More towels/soap in room would be helpful for everyone. I agree the hallways don’t smell the best. It is too expensive a night for the issues but our room was amazing."

"In the room on the first night, the air conditioner made a loud noise when operating. The control switch only had automatic and manual, and only had two levels of adjustment. I have never stayed in a hotel room with such a loud air conditioner. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, I was very disappointed. We were simply upgraded to a room with a separate bed and sofa bed, but the air conditioner was still noisy, just not as loud as the one in the room on the first night. The service at the counter is good, the parking lot is free, and there are shopping malls nearby."
