Front desk person wasnt friendly at all. Got to the room and floor near the bed wasnt swept when i used a napkin tried to clean some of it up the napkin was black. Toilet was dirty and didn't have enough towels. Called the front desk to report the floor and toilet. Housekeeper came did a quick job and all she said was sorry about that. Did receive more towels. Also there was ducktape on the bottom of the shower. Microwave was nasty with food and liquids. Next morning went to get contiental breakfast came back to the room to eat with our kids and food. The front desk disabled our room card so my husband had to go back to the front office so we can get in. Again all they said was sorry about that.

The rooms looked semi clean, but when I put a towel down that was wet it picked up dirty and made muddy spots on the floor. I wiped the floor down twice and the towel was nasty. When I told the front desk, the girl told me they cleaned the floor earlier that day. I showed the towel and she was very sassy about it.

Toilet had smeared poop on toilet seat not properly cleaned staff did not check us in at correct rate also did not give me a veteran discount at this location but I have gotten it at other super 8s I would never stay here again and breakfast was next to nothing

I will not stay here again. Everything other than the sheets felt dirty and gross. Kept my shoes on the whole time. Door to outside was not sealed, could see light streaming through underneath it. Heard everyone clearly walking by the room. People walking above us was also very loud.

The phone line to the office was down with no attempt to fix. No way to contact the desk. Very little luke warm water. VERY NOISY between floor/ceilng!

******* tried to correct the problem with another hotel they had booked me yet. I believed this was going to be an amicable solution. Very old and dated.

Can you spend $10 replacing your toilet cover? It's the original one from 1980? There was this very weird smell.

The breakfast was all expired stale food. The yogurt just sits out from start till end of breakfast with no ice or anything. The pancake mix was a water like liquid and had slimy chunks in it which I didn't notice till making the last waffle for my son after already attempting to eat the waffle I made and found it to be chewy and mushy at the same time. Worst waffle and breakfast I've ever had. It was the only reason we chose this establishment. Had to buy water to drink as well because the water came out dark Grey. Couldn't even bathe here. The steps also had the grip tape peeling off presenting a hazard. The room also had a strange smell that wouldn't go away.

Booked room with 2 beds but got a 1 bed. Not even offered a rollaway bed.
