Just one night, the attitude of the staff there is not that good ….

Front desk was very kind and quick to get me in my room. Excellent room; clean, cozy and bed & sheets were supper comfortable. They provided complementary 2 bottles of water and plenty of coffee. After getting situated into my room, I then went downstairs to the bar/restaurant area. I wish I remembered the young lady who served me, as she was truly a lovely person who was e truly kind & pleasant to engage with. I will definitely be back.

I purchased the higher priced Suite that was supposed to come with "Drinks and Snacks" like the ad stated. The "Drinks and Snacks" looked nothing like the ad pictured. Our "Drinks and Snacks" consisted of a bottle of water. The room was extremely clean; the front desk attendant was super nice; however, I didn't get what I paid for which is super disappointing considering they are charging almost $300/per night.

This hotel is super-clean, which I appreciated. And, there were small touches such as bottled water in the room that I loved. The desk staff was great! I do suggest an expanded wine list--there were few choices, and they were all California wines.

The lady who checked us in was rude. Staff wasn’t helpful with any of my questions. A lot of I don’t knows and almost no effort to help me find my answers. Outdoor fireplace was nice though.

Hated staying here. No place to walk to for food. In the middle of an over developed parking lot of hotels. Heard gunshots at night. Elevator smelled like ****. Desk staff was indifferent at best. Never again.

Would have liked a wider selection of menu items; however, had an excellent meal. My stay was very enjoyable. Worried about hearing airplanes but the hotel was very quiet. I was on the 2nd floor so perhaps that helped.

When we arrived there was a party bus parked in the front of the building and it was running. The bus was smoking from engine compartment and fuel was burning it was filling the lobby. They were playing music loud and pole dancing in the bus. The carpet was not clean and the hardware in the shower was falling off the wall. The shower made terrible noise. Not Hilton quality. It was close to airport but I would rather drive. There are numerous homeless camps around the property. Not a good experience.

Comfortable bed and linen. However, glass plate in microwave had spilled brownish liquid that I had to wash off before use. Also there was a used bandaid cover and what appeared to be tags taken from purchased items in floor next to chair in seating area. Normally fully enjoy staying at Hilton.
