德爾雷海灘萬豪萬怡酒店(Courtyard Delray Beach)

Called asked for an early check in, came in for my nieces memorial service. We were told 12 would be the check in we arrived after 1 were told room was not ready. The front desk attempted to reach house keeping but could not reach anyone. Room was finally ready at 3:30. Once we got to the room it was NOT as advertised. The "Suite" was supposed to have a divider separating the pullout bed from the King bed, this would give my girlfriend and I some privacy from her teenage son. This was nothing more than a large room.

There were issues with the property and Orbitz at check in. I had to wait 2hrs for my room to be ready at a 5pm check in and had to get dressed in car for dinner. Very disappointing consider rooms were $300 . Front staff were as friendly as they could be staff but overall a frustrating experience with Marriott.

This facility is exceptional. The staff is very nice and helpful.The location is within walking distance to dining and shopping. The rooftop pool and bar is a gorgeous view and with exceptional service. We now have stayed here several times. WE love the Delray area and we certainly recommend this location as a go to!!

I liked the room and cleanliness. We had a mishap but the staff took care of it. My only issue is the rooftop bar area doesn’t stay open till the time it says. It’s a beautiful area and nice to hangout at.

Property was nice, but I didn't like that our room was so hot, plus there where 4 of us and we had to ask the cleaning girl over and over again to give us 4 towels. I did wish it had a restaurant.

Clean and nice hotel. Great to find a magnifying mirror in the bathroom that could be taken to the room to do the make up. Great idea that we didn’t have last year. Some of the light bulbs in the room were burned. Please have your maintenance team check the rooms more thoroughly.

For $500 a night they can't give you a bottle of water or free coffee in the morning? Breakfest menu at Starbucks in the hotel was rather lame. Pool was nice. "partial ocean view," not really. would not recommend for the value

Great location. Ease of in and out parking in a busy town short of parking spaces is a huge plus. Staff, as usual, was a pleasure to deal with and everyone who works at the property went out of their way to say hello when passing.
