亞斯納大酒店(Hotel Grand Jasna)

We are not first time there, but first time we have got very bad bed, it's imposible to sleep, every move bed has many sounds like cheap hostel bed, not 4☆ hotel. So all week we will be without sleep.. till 2024.01.27 Next shower also old as hotel, doesn't work.. shower today as manager said will be fixed (I hope). We are really disappointed of the quality, because after skiing we need to have good quality sleep

We stayed at this hotel for a few days. Big shock is the hall to the rooms. It still looks like in the year it was built. From the inside the room was big enough and looks newer. We only slept there. Well until like 4:30 am when sun starts to shine and it woke you up because of short curtains. The problem was the room was not so clean as you expect from 4* hotel..Even after we asked service to clean our room, the dirt took its place exactly were it was for the first time, so they probably only changed the bathroom stuff. Anyways the food was amazing as we are used to from **R resorts.

Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. We got the GoPass and booked through the hotel which I'd recommend as the price included the cable car to Chopok and Tatralandia which was great value. The hotel is situated near the cable car so very easy to access and loads of walking trails around. The room was very well furnished. Spa was good, 2 outdoor hot tubs, 2 saunas in the outdoor area and a further 2 steam rooms and sauna indoors. Food was delicious, all the dinner options were tasty and a good selection at breakfast. We'd definitely stay again.

Strong positives are; great location beside lift, excellent spa and wellness and rooms are OK. The restaraunt food is ok if you use the a la carte menu instead of the buffet. It could probably be argued that it qualifies for 4 stars but the service was so poor I just can't. Before going, I tried 3 times to arrange ski hire and ski school through the hotel for a large number of people and found the hotel completely unhelpful. When I got there I found they had a ski rental shop on site that they did not even put me in contact with. Checking in took two hours with numerous mix up but to be fair, they did sort it out eventually and we're apologetic. What I can not understand however is the incredible rudeness of some of the evening staff in the restaraunt. I have never experienced staff treating customers the way they did. I accept there are staff problems with covid but it was quite unacceptable. Otherwise I would give this hotel 4 stars.

Stayed over new year Lovely staff. Excellent rooms and food superb for a buffet Lots of choice Although COViD restrictions they are helpful and work with the guidelines but in a pleasant manner Superb ! All bar staff fantastic especially Martin Pool is small but outside spa good fun
