Excellent! The room and bathroom were extremely clean, which is our main priority. The staff was very friendly. Super easy check-in. Great location for exploring the small towns on the cape. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the bathroom towels. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The room was bright and cheery, bed very comfortable. The staff were excellent. Superb location. Very reasonable price. Perfect place for a weekend away. Small refrigerator and microwave were adequate for our needs. No extra seating in our room but our camp chair from car easily remedied that.

Great location and even better service. The owner was very responsive and friendly. All the staff was very professional and the rooms were very clean. The rooms were recently renovated and the location was perfect to get anywhere in Dennis Port.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Great location. Great pool area. The beach is right around the corner. Just know that there are a lot of steep stairs to get to the beach but once you're there it's nice. Great spot for little kids. Super easy check-in and wonderful, quick service. Highly recommend.

There aren’t many hotels that I make a note to return to, but Kingfisher is definitely one of them. Aside from being a short walk from the beach, the rooms are spectacularly clean and well managed. The staff was very attentive and checked I. On a daily basis. I would highly recommend.

Rented two standard rooms for a family of five. Great location, so close to the water! We went on beach walks and stargazed at night. My teenagers walked to local restaurants, ice cream shops, and Woolfie's. It's a quick hop by car to everywhere. Spacious rooms, clean, inviting. Two firms pillows on each bed and one soft one. This was a good mix for us. Everything worked great, from shower pressure to mini-fridge to the microwave. Great communication with management. My kids loved the pool, too! We thought the sink drains were a bit slow -- best to tell the management right away if you think there is a problem.

Clean, comfy, cute, and right at the beach. I would stay here again if I came back to Cape Cod. There are several places you can walk to for dinner or coffee. Take a whale watching tour, that was amazing.

GREAT LOCATION. CLEAN ROOMS. ACCOMODATING STAFF. We booked last minute during the height of the summer season to attend a wedding. Staff was very accommodating and provided us with early check in. Although we didn't take advantage of the amenities, there is a nice beach, pool and restaurants close by. Can't wait to come back to explore the area.

The location was great! the service was good. The owners were very friendly. They made you feel welcome. The room is good. I personally wish that there were a choice on soft or hard pillows. It hurt my neck using their hard pillows. Its a bit pricy for not such a luxurious motel.

Great location 2 mins walk to beach. Room very clean and bright and modern. Would definitely stay again.

Love it there great location, clean and walking distance to restaurants

We stayed for three nights. Selected this hotel as it was across the street from the Pelham House where we attended a wedding. More affordable than Pelham House, but more costly than what we typically spend on our usual beachfront hotel on outer Cape. But then again, 2 night minimum in August - price was probably about right. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Convenient for our activities at the wedding. Short walk to the public beach which was too crowded for our liking, but perfect for the circumstances. Room was spacious. Liked the cubbies for storage. Much better than typical dresser. Would have liked a table and a couple chairs. Even a small bistro table with a couple folding chairs would be good. Have to sit on the bed to watch tv. Then again, why stay in your room at the Cape? But to have something for room snacks would be nice. Big shower with decent water pressure. Shelves over toilet good for place to put toiletries. System set up to text message for room needs - coffee, towels, etc. As quickly as you ask for something, it’s delivered almost immediately. No daily house cleaning. I did not find this problematic. I like the fact that others were not in the room during stay. I think you might be able to request cleaning if needed. Leave towels and trash outside the room. Owner seemed to take pride in the place. Worked hard, even assisting cleaning staff! Overall, great place. Would highly recommend for mid cape stay.
