房間寬大，酒店位置絕佳，周圍有很多餐廳，早餐也很豐盛，大堂也有零食和速食可以買來吃，但唯獨就是感覺酒店比較老了，房間內空氣有點悶，通風不是很好。

Honest question, are there health officials that inspect hotels? If so, they need to visit this hotel. Not sure how this was rated 9.2. The place smells absolutely terrible. It’s no wonder they have the ACs off in the room when you walk in and the temp at 80. As soon as the AC is on, the room is the worst smell. We had two bigger sized bugs in the room. Just terrible.

It was convenient to the Interstate. The breakfast was good and the ladies working on the buffet were quite nice. The lady at the desk seemed to have a problem. She asked me the same question 3 times regarding my stay. When I came back to the desk 5 minutes later regarding a problem with the room key, she did not remember me having checked in - and it was not a busy time. Bedding was stained and it wondered if it had been washed. We were given a handicapped accessablel room - which we did not need. The shower ran out in the floor and we had to dam it with a towel. The toiled tank dripped in the floor. People in the next room had a yappy dog which barked at every noise. The hallway is not carpeted and every sound echoed. We could hear people in the next room were clearly and they made noise well into the night - plus the dog. This is not a hotel we would recommend.

This was my first time staying at the Best Western Premier suites. It was amazing. I will definitely seek these out the next time I stay in a hotel.

Comfortable, quiet, clean. Great rooms. Enjoy the pool. Good breakfast. Always stay there when visiting Denton!

This hotels a little older but it’s fine for an overnight stay. Next to Texas Road House which is handy. The price was right so it’s a place I would use again. Happy travels.

The room was very clean and spacious. The shower was excellent, though the beds perhaps a bit on the soft side. Staff was very friendly and helpful - came over to help us operate the coffee machine that I couldn't get to work and offered us to move to a different room when the A/C thermostat turned out to be faulty (we declined, and made do with an extra blanket). The breakfast buffet is in my opinion one of the best for a hotel in this price range. Only the gym needs a bit more attention: the clock was wrong and some of the equipment was out of order. We didn't use the pool because the weather was frigid, but it looked like a great place to hang out in spring/summer.

The hotel was great with one exception. There were no sanitizing wipes left in the fitness center and the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. There was a bottle on the window sill, but the pump was broken. This shows a lack of concern about hygiene during flu season.

I like the hotel except the bed is too soft for us. That’s not our preference bed. Therefore, we will not book again. Otherwise, everything is good.

The bed was really comfy. The walls were thin so we heard talking and music from our neighbors at 5 AM…complained to the front desk and they didn’t do anything to stop them. Plumbing also was weird in that the water pressure was too much for the bathroom sink and the room smelled like fart. Expected more for how much we paid.

Everything about our stay was great! Breakfast, bar, people, facilities, closeness to restaurants & shopping.... I'd highly recommend!
