迪亞萊約維爾酒店(Airport Lay over)

This is not a hotel. This a a person's home. The ad is misleading and makes you think it's a hotel with a nice patio area and a beer garden. There is no ac in the bedrooms. No fireplace in room as stated. There is no airport shuttle, no free breakfast. And they lock the doors at 11pm so you can't go out at night! Basically everything the ad says is a lie. My boyfriend did end up enjoying his stay but it is not a hotel and should not be advertised the way that it is. Every person that showed up to check in was confused as they were all expecting to be staying in a hotel.

BEWARE Prior to making the reservation I called the property manager to inform him that my plane would be landing at 10:30 and that I would miss his 11 pm check in time. He informed me that as long as I use *********** to make the reservation I would be accommodated. I made the reservation and my special request was approved. When I landed for my connecting flight I was informed that there were weather delays and that I would not land in Denver until 11:45. I called a number of times to inform the host that I would be in later and for extra assurance I sent an email. When I arrived to the property around 12:30 (30 minutes past the agreed upon time) I was greeted by four people standing outside not able to check into their rooms. I tried calling the host and *********** for two hours before *********** told me that there was nothing I could do and that I had to buy a new room somewhere else and that they would send a request for a full refund. The next morning I received an email from *********** stating that I was a no-show and that I would not receive the full refund. I have been trying to contact the hotel manager for three hours this morning and he has been ignoring my calls. DO NOT use this property.

Everything was great but there was a beeping noise like an alarm that went on all night that was a bit annoying
