We arrived after 10 pm. The lady in office said she had no bed for us, that we should go to somewhere else, that we should apply for refund with Trip.com, that she would put this down in file. I could not believe that a confirmed booking could be refused when we were on site. If Motel 6 oversold and selected us to reject, it could do better by processing through Trip.com to let us know earlier.

Good as a motel.

Everything was filthy, hair and crumbs everywhere, water pressure awful, dirt in tub, lights didn’t work, stained towels

Room smelt as if someone was smoking cigarettes in it every day while it was vacuum sealed from fresh air

The room wasnt clean,check in employee was very rude never will i stay their again and i will let others know not to stay their very unsatisfied!!

We have been here since Dec 6th because an apt we rented was delayed. I have spent over $1,800 here in 27 days. No discounts for days paid, like they promise, nothing. The first room was ugly, the tub needs painting, the mirror was crooked, and the door leaked all the time. I was OK with it, but then Saturday night, at 10:30 at night, we had to leave the room, we had to move because there was water pouring onto my bed. They gave us another room, and we moved all our things in the cold night. Turns out the new room costs more and they expect me to pay the extra! Bait and switch. This room is extra because of the roaches? Is that it? I am livid and I will not be treated like this. The man at the desk, well his solution is that I can "check out and not come back" if we don't want to pay the extra. Or maybe we can move to a lessor room? I am going to take this as far as possible, I will not be treated like scum at these rates.
