作為汽車旅館，算是不錯的，尤其是有洗烘一體機，這對自駕旅行者來説真的太友好了。餐廳剛裝修過本來不錯，但有位男服務員態度不好，點餐時不耐煩，我們就沒在酒店餐廳吃了。

Not bad

Thought we would give this a second chance- will never stay here again. manager was absolutely vile towards both staff and customers. We had booked a wheelchair accessible room- this was confirmed via email. Upon arrival was told they didn’t have one available. After further enquiry we were then told the accessible room was available but didn’t have aircon (it was 40 degrees). Our solution was to either drive three hours back to Broome, or stay in a non accessible room and use the accessible room across the hall for toileting/showering. There were all sorts of ableist remarks and lack of basic accessibility knowledge. Went to use the pool and was told it was closed, and they were unsure when it would be available. If only we had known about The Lodge across the road! We have since found out they have accessible rooms, We will be going there next time.

I stayed for x2 nights in one of the donga style rooms they have. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve left on in a long time. Think I had a total of 3hrs sleep over the 2 nights. The bedding was yuck, the once white sheets and pillow cases were a light brown and the blanket was dusty. Wifi was ok. I had fish and chips one night for dinner and it was terrible and the French toast for breakfast was really dry.

We had a two night stay here. Our first night was in a downstairs room where the toilet plumbing was leaking across the floor into the shower area, also causing an awful stench. The hairdryer was broken with exposed wiring and the lock safe didn’t work. After complaining to staff we were allocated a different (upstairs) room for our second night. The handles of both the kitchen sink and the shower fell off during use. The toilet cistern wouldn’t refill so we were unable to use the toilet. We would never stay here again!

Stayed 1 night before starting the Gibb Road Located in Derby, where there is a supermarket and service station You can watch a nice sunset at the jetty Motel style place, different types of room Room are a lot better than what you expect from the outside Friendly reception We had a spacious room, whit fridge, microwave and cooking was possible Even washing machine was present Room was silent a d clean Decent place for 1 night while traveling They have a restaurant, and the food was ok.

Well secured and excellent self contained apartments. Very clean and new. Bed was really comfortable. Nice bathroom and has a washer/dryer. Staff were very friendly. Went out of their way to help us when I had suffered a broken ankle. Provided a wheel chair for assisting me to our room and vehicle. Nice restaurant attached. Great food.

Just had an amazing stay at the Spinifex Hotel in Derby, WA. We are a family with young children and they’ve just installed a great playground outside. The place is spotless and offers all the amenities you could need. The food in the restaurant is absolutely first-class! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. If you're in the area, this is the place to stay!

This is really a very basic one night stop over place to stay. The staff seem to try hard but it’s the many little things that let the whole experience down. We were given a room - we had paid for it some 2 months prior - paid when booked. The check in procedure took 15 minutes as all seemed to be dis coordinated at reception. Our room was let’s say interesting. The pillows had black hairs on them allegedly from the cleaner but BOTH PILLOWS. So we were given a complimentary drink and another room. There is a lot in these rooms, kettle, microwave, cook top, washing machine, toaster. The bed is a very basic alleged queen size that shakes and rolls when you turn over. There is secure parking and it was noted there were a lot of contract workers staying in small units at the front. The tv reception in the rooms is really non existent and staff acknowledged that this was the case. ABC was all you got. The wifi was good though. The food in the restaurant- there is nowhere else to eat close by - is good but so expensive as is the alcohol. We wanted poached eggs on muffins instead of on sour dough for breakfast and they charged us another $3.00 per meal for the muffins. The guy who appeared to be running the whole show was accommodating and quite nice and surely did not deserve to be in charge of a place like this. We could not wait to leave.
