The room looked awful. The bathroom was filthy. The ceiling in the bathroom is full of black mold. The iron didn’t work. The carpet was filthy. The key would work so instead of the worker/manager trying to help me out, he gave me a stack of keys to try to figure things out while the temperature was below freezing.
