夢想出租公寓(Il Sogno Apartments)

a dodici ore dalla partenza ci troviamo un annullamento di un appartamento già prenotato, confermato e pagato in precedenza. Solite scuse da parte dell'Residence. "non è colpa nostra" "c'è stato un errore" "eravamo già al completo" Dopo l'annullamento della prenotazione, stranamente, l'appartamento risultava ancora prenotabile. Sarà sono state assegnato a qualche ospite che soggiornava per più giorni. Soggiornare solo una notte non fa guadagnare abbastanza soldi a questo residence.

We stayed in il songo apar**ents on the 3 rd floor for ten days , the apar**ents rooms was big and adequate for 4 people , we were on a self catering Basis , the hotel staff was friendly and nice , the pool was quiet and good . Plenty of sun beds .. supermarket was just round the corner , fresh bread and essential s , very handy , weather was fantastic only abit of rain 1 morning in 10 days , lake Garda is beautiful the food and drink is amazing and the people very friendly , Garda land is ten minutes on the train and a free shuttle bus take you to the park , great time there with out teenagers , overall brilliant and beautiful holiday , we rate it 10 out of 10 ❤️

It is a residence style hotel with kitchenettes etc We err expecting a traditional room and services. However the room was clean and well appointed.

Great stay in a 2 bed apar**ent. Clean with some nice extras provided - toiletries, flip flops, tea bags etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely small children's play area in the reception area. Excellent location, not far from main sights and the lake itself.

Hotel located not far from main town in a quiet street, friendly staff and very clean hotel, nice pool and variety for breakfast, our family room was very spacious with everything you needed. Highly recommended.

The apar**ent on the 4th Floor was spacious and very clean. It had a large balcony which gave both sheltered and sunny areas at the majority of the day. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The position of the hotel was good, near to a supermarket and a short walk to the lake front. Pool was great with beds always available. Bike hire was available although we did not use them ourselves this time.

A spacious apar**ent well situated with a 5 minute walk to the station and to shops, restaurants and Desenzano del Garda lake front. Friendly staff, really nice breakfast, excellent pool area.

The staff at Il Sogno made us feel most welcome. They couldn’t do enough to help. With advice about where to go, how to get there, booking tables at restaurants - all brilliant.they even checked us in for our flights home. The rooms are not overly luxurious, but more than adequate. We chose to have breakfast which was very good.
