I got locked inside the bathroom in room 204 for about 10-15 mins. After I was done using the bathroom the door would not open, the handle would move up and down but the lock didn’t move. My family that was with me tried to open from the outside, it still wouldn’t open. They called the woman who was working front desk letting her know what happened she said maintenance wasn’t working. She came up and brought scissors and that didn’t work. The ring thing around the handle was loose and I was able to get it back far enough to loosen the screws with my fingers and take them out, the lock still wouldn’t move so I ended up taking the lock out and that’s when it opened. The front desk clerk told me to leave everything in the bathroom and maintenance would fix it the next day. She gave us another room, spoke with the manger the next morning and he gave me $25 and said sorry. I don’t think that was fair, I stayed 4 days/3nights and that was all he could do smh!!!

The property seemed as if it was a new building or had been recently renovated. It is a great stay for a very cheap price. I like this.

It was a nice stay...good location. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The door on our room did not close properly...Room 100. We always had to pull the door closed when we exited.

Gita good location close to Henderson beach and shopping complexes…can get various types of food closeby. Breakfast is decent

It was a comfy and cozy room. Was bright and very clean. Only issue I had was the beds were just too soft for me to sleep comfortably. #306 close enough to the elevator. Amenities were clean and good. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. This hotel was close to beaches, restaurants and stores. Walking distance to Starbucks/Panera Bread.

I stay in this hotel everytine we go to Destin Florida. It is right in the center of all the shopping areas. They are great about giving a bottom floor accesible room.

We stayed three nights and hated to leave. This place is well managed and employees are pleasant and helpful.

A one night stay in paradise. Will be returning for more stays in the future. Breakfast was really good.

Very comfortable hotel at a great location and very pleasant staff. No direct beach access but very close to lots of food locations and the coast. Comprehensive breakfast but with very ineffective plastic knives and the coffee could be hotter! Very clean interior with a comfortable room including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Would definitely stay here again.
