Nice hotel. We just stayed one night coming from flight from Europe and next day we were off early so I can’t comment too much on position but the hotel is very nice

Property is new and it’s very pretty inside. Rooms are clean and nice. The valet is a complete disaster. We waited 25 minutes last night at midnight for someone to take our car. One person working. And they charge $45 for valet. Ridiculous. Also, I was awoken by people fighting and screaming at 3am in the room next to me. Not the hotel’s fault but I do feel like the hotel should have offered something in the way of at least refining the valet charge for all of the inconvenience. I probably would not go back. There are better hotels in Detroit.

Our family of 4 stayed at Cambria on a Saturday night in January. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Valet was very convenient and check-in was a breeze. The hotel was fresh and clean with lots to offer. We enjoyed the close proximity to a People Mover station so we could get to Greektown for dinner and back from LCA after Cirque. We had a great time at 5 Iron - playing duckpin bowling, ping ping, pool, and the golf simulator. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We were there for 3 nights and the hotel was nice but our dead bolt would not lock, the shower leaked and housekeeping asked us by text if we wanted fresh towels and we told them yes but they never showed up. At check out I told them about it and he just said oh, no apology or anything.

It was exceptionally clean. The staff were "above and beyond" people. Even in the finest of properties, you deal with people who couldn't care less. Every team member that I came in contact with were just delightful and helpful. You could tell that they take pride in the property and in their roles there. Every. Single. One. I'll be back, for sure. This is now my "go to" place when I come to town.

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Every staff member greeted us and asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. Extremely clean. Beds were so comfortable. Has bowling, ping pong and golf simulators on-site.

I felt safe . Staff was helpful and friendly.Rooms spacious,clean and welcoming. Not many options for dining . Night staff valet attendant was rude and unhelpful. No other issues during 3 night stay . Will definitely be my go to hotel on future trips to Detroit.

The valet staff did not assist us when we arrived or when we left. They stood at the podium and handed keys back and forth. The front desk did not activate our keys correctly and they did not work the first time. The 3 hotel bartenders had maybe 10 guests and took 15 minutes to ask for our order. The amazing lady next to us paid for our drinks before she left and then one bartender proceeded to tell us we still had to pay for them. Amazing property and beautiful room so the service was disappointing.

I got there after going to a totally different (crappy) hotel. The Cambria was my salvation. Went for a concert but will be back for sure! Great staff, quiet, well located.
