Check in was not ready. Had a baby so we didn’t have a choice but to use a different hotel. Staff was unfriendly and not willing to help at all. Hotel was dirty and had numerous people asking for rides and money in the lobby. Pictures look nothing like actual property. Refused to refund even though the room was not ready because I booked with a 3rd party. Never again.

The pool was very limited as to how long it was open due to construction which even when I called was not informed about , the breakfast there was like nothing the food was not fully cooked , they ran out of a lot of things . Ran out of creamers for coffee and milk . There was an awful smell in the hall where our room was bc of the construction and being I had a baby was an absolute horrible experience .

The breakfast area was under construction resulting in a mediocre selection of gas station-style breakfast sandwiches. Unbelievable that the 'included breakfast' part of the room description wasn't removed from the website. I would have, and will likely, choose a different option in the Binghamton area moving forward.

Très très bien comme hôtel et services. Accès routier un peu compliqué. Accès à pied pour un restaurant et escompte au restaurant pour client hôtel.

Free breakfast wasn't worth the price! No juice, machine was out of order, limited selection and poor quality. Had to track down attendant for more condiments. It's nice to have butter and syrup on your waffles!

The hotel was just starting renovations, so was filthy, rooms were terrible. Overall not a good experience.

The hotel had a bad odor that made me feel uncomfortable the moment I entered and made me feel it wasn’t clean, particularly my room.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Close to roads and dining. Love the complimentary EV charging!

Comfortable room, array of excellent breakfast options. Very helpful staff, most especially Claire at the front desk. If you’re traveling through Binghamton, this is a great choice for a stopover.

This is a very good place to stop for a night. Although, the pool is a bit disappointing…

Didn’t like the sink where the water could not be released, or the loose toilet seat!!
