Visited Acacia hotel on the 17 July 2023 Acacia hotel is one of the best and finest hotel in Dimapur... Cleanliness is excellent and rooms are well furnished...one more thing is that parking space too is spacious .... Most importantly all staffs are very kind and excellent...hospitality is perfectly excellent... Kitchen department is superb too... Cleanliness is excellent... A big thank you to Team Acacia hotel ... Had a happy stay with all ur great hospitality ... Will definitely refer all my friends .... All the best Acacia Team....

Booked a room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Room provided was not at all livable. The hoteliers took the same amount in cash at which I had already paid at the time of booking.
Literally I had to spend double the amount to get a livable room

It's a little medium category value for money hotel at Dimapur. Location is a bit outside of city but both Railway station and Airport is 15-20 minutes traveling connected. Food is Ok. Overpriced a bit. Room was spacious and good. One point to mention about staffs. They are really good.

I booked the Zone Luxe Twin room. Very clean, comfortable bed! Clean toilet and bathroom. Powerful shower with hot water. Cold functioning AC which makes it very pleasant in this weather. Really like the spacious suite with separate bedroom and living room.
Restaurant is very nice. Nice vibe, nice food, good prices. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. Excellent service. Boiled eggs were set up available, but other types of eggs also available upon request, which I was well pleased. Restaurant facing swimming pool which makes breakfast very pleasant. Also a lady helping at the restaurant particularly friendly and took the introduced me to a very local breakfast dish - dosa - very nice indeed. Appreciate her recommendations! Thanks.
Swimming pool was also very nice. Nice environment, clean pool, clean changing room and shower.

訪訪客I booked the Zone Luxe Twin room. Very clean, comfortable bed! Clean toilet and bathroom. Powerful shower with hot water. Cold functioning AC which makes it very pleasant in this weather. Really like the spacious suite with separate bedroom and living room.
Restaurant is very nice. Nice vibe, nice food, good prices. Breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. Excellent service. Boiled eggs were set up available, but other types of eggs also available upon request, which I was well pleased. Restaurant facing swimming pool which makes breakfast very pleasant. Also a lady helping at the restaurant particularly friendly and took the introduced me to a very local breakfast dish - dosa - very nice indeed. Appreciate her recommendations! Thanks.

The hotel is on the main road--and close to the Railway staiont and the main market place. Facilites are reasonably satisfactory--aznd the service is good. No reason to complain. The restaurant operates tolimited timings only--better to check in advance.

訪訪客Maintenance is poor. I had shifted two rooms for my four days stay. Food prices are 3 to 4 times higher and quality of served food is not upto the standards. No cleaned bedspread and pillows cover also.
