Very nice big rooms very comfortable bed, the staff were extremely helpful with a free airport shuttle.

Excelente hotel a 10 min de el aeropuerto, con un excelente servicio.

The cleanliness of the hotel, the people especially Camila, Jason, Anna they are just great people. I was sad to know that Dean and Owen vey long standing Managers that worked there were no longer there, so many pilots and regular visitors were asking for them. Those men took care of that hotel like it was their own place, and everyone loved them, its sad to see people not apprecaited.

It is great if you need a hotel near the airport or the port; however, it is not close to the beach. But with the help of UBER and Lfty. You can get to wherever you need to go. There are some restaurants in the are one next door that close’s between 3pm - 5pm. But a .5mile walk there are small sub shops. We visited on that was delicious it was next to a hair salon.

The hotel was nice and clean, the room felt new. However it was not very child friendly. The bathroomdoor keeps slamming shut. Some hard edges ( bed and table). Big kitchenknives in a kitchendrawer that was accesible for a todler that we needed to store away. Other that that everything was fine. Kitchen a bit weirdly build. Upper cabinets are so low that you can’t really see what ur doing on the countertop. But not a very big problem for just a stay. I liked that there was free parking and everything seemed very clean staff was friendly and fast.

We reserved here for three reasons: High rating for staff and service Airport shuttle that can be scheduled outside normal hours. NO on shuttle. Not possible. “We ought to remove that” And Soft spoken very young clerk unable to operate computer, or speak loud enough to be heard over TV in lobby (at 11 pm),. NO solutions for promised airport shuttle. Bought package of microwave noodles and bottle of water. 15 minutes to operate computer to create the room charge, What were the other people experiencing that led to high reviews? Fake “ghost” reviews?

Very lovely clean hotel. Staff were very accommodating. Room was great. Very spacious. Waljable to convenience stores and fast food restaurants. 10 minute uber ride to Dolphin mall. Would definitely stay here again.
