普賴瑟特爾多特蒙德城(Prizeotel Dortmund City)

Nice hotel clean and very modern. It’s easy to find and very comfortable.

Wir hatten das prizeotel in Dortmund zum CL Viertelfinale zwischen dem BVB und Atlético Madrid gebucht. Zum Glück noch rechtzeitig, bevor die Preise bei allen Dortmunder Hotels in astronomische Höhen schossen. Das prizeotel Niveau "gut und günstig" kannten wir schon aus anderen Städten. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber völlig ausreichend eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Roof Top Bar, in der wir uns auf das Spiel eingestimmt haben. Am Morgen danach gab es dort auch ein akzeptables Frühstück.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Leider hat keinen Parkhaus mehr auf in der Umgebung wenn man spät Abends ankommt. Bei allen Parkplätzen sind Parkscheine erst ab 7:00 Uhr früh am Automaten erhältlich. Unmöglich war das die Heizung nicht auszuschalten war. Diese ist zentralgesteuert mit der Klimaanlage. Nur leider funktionierte der Regler im Zimmer zum selber einstellen überhaupt nicht. Der wirklich freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat es auch versucht aber kannte sich nicht wirklich aus. Um 3.30 Nachts wollte ich dann nicht auch noch mal umziehen im Hotel. Zum Glück kann man wenigstens noch Fenster selber öffnen. Habe mir leider eine dicke Erkältung geholt und werde wohl nicht wieder kommen. So eine Nacht brauche ich nicht noch mal, an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Warum muss man es nur so kompliziert machen. Schade, ansonsten war das Hotel neu und alles tip top.

Hotel in ottima posizione, camera silenziosa, pulita, letti comodi, la doccia rimane nella stanza e non nel bagno cosa strana boh.. Il personale è disponibile, chiaramente si parla inglese o tedesco, niente italiano Non vi è una zona bar/distributore bevande disponibile 24 h, comunque lo consiglio siano stati bene

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel das alte Elemente (ehemaliges Gesundheitsamt) mit neuen, modernen gekonnt verbindet und den heutigen Standard gut erfüllt. Hat mir gut gefallen und würde ich für einen Kurztrip jederzeit wieder buchen. Ruhige Lage trotz Innenstadt.

Staff is nice, The hotel is clean. House keeping every 3days, and there’s no room service, There’s absolutely no extra services at this hotel except breakfast. There’s not even a vending machine If you run out of water.

Extrem nettes Personal, insbesonders Frau Hanke an der Anmeldung. Sie half uns bei Buchungsproblemen aufgrund des Bahnstreiks.

A Radisson hotel that Radisson should be ashamed of. Poor reception. Receptionists spent most of their time outside the front of the hotel smoking and ran in when they finally spotted you waiting at the reception desk. Once they hS attended you they ran back out! Seemed very annoyed to be interrupted using their mobile phones. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work. The room is only made up every 3 days. I had to ask at reception for toilet roll! Shower is within the room with no privacy glass and the room is decorated as though for a pre-teen! Sadly the room view didn’t compensate as looking directly into a multi story car park. Tried the roof top bar. Give it a miss. Staff sane attitude as reception and it looked like a staff canteen. As a lady on my travelling to meet family I felt very unsafe entering the hotel and placed my case by the door whilst in the room. In its favour though comfy bed and great central location.
