海德堡拉斐爾酒店(Rafaela Hotel Heidelberg)

Kleines neueres Hotel. Liegt direkt an einem kleinen Marktplatz, wo Gaststuben Getränke und kleine Speisen servieren. Gute Lage, in einer halben Stunde zu Fuss im Zentrum, Start zum Philisophenweg in unmittelbarer Nähe. Weitere Restaurants zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Zimmer sind klein aber modern. Freundliches Personal, parken in der Gasse gegen Entgelt möglich, wir haben das nahegelegene Parkhaus benutzt.

Wir haben das Rafaela Hotel als Zwischenstation auf unserer Reise nach Tirol gebucht und waren begeistert. Das Zimmer in Richtung des kleinen Marktplatzes ist modern, geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Man merkt an vielen kleinen Details (z.B. den Handtuchhaltern, in die Wand eingelassene Bilder, Schrankfächer), dass die Hotelinhaber sich viele Gedanken zur Ausstattung der Zimmer gemacht haben. Ebenso fiel uns der sehr zugewandte Service des gesamten Hotelpersonals auf sowie kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie z.B. ein Willkommensgetränk, eine Süßigkeit auf dem Bett sowie ein Trinkbecher zum Abschied. Das Frühstück war auch prima und der Kaffee sehr gut. In der Nähe des Hotels fahren Busse in Richtung Altstadt, man kommt aber auch in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß dorthin. Eine günstige Parkgarage (von abends 20 Uhr bis morgens acht Uhr für 2 ) ist nah beim Hotel. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt kommen wir gerne wieder ins Rafaela-Hotel!

Rafaela is a small, cosy hotel with very friendly employees. The rooms are nice and very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It s only a 15 minutes walk to the old brigde to the ancient cetre of the city. We had a great time there and in Heidelberg

Das Rafaela Hotel Heidelberg war auf unserer Tour mit insgesamt 6 Hotels in 4 verschiedenen Bundesländer das Beste. Besonders ist uns der moderne Bad Bereich äußerst positiv aufgefallen. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden, ohne überladen gewesen zu sein. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Major plus is this hotel is only 4 years old and has A/C in its rooms. It is a little bit of a walk to the old city of Heidelberg a little over a mile but if you walk along the river it is nice. Their is not parking so you will need to park in the parking garage which is about a 10 minute walk. Overall this hotel was a very nice stay.

My wife and I stayed at Rafaela Hotel in Heidelberg for two nights in June. It was perhaps the nicest hotel we stayed at in Germany. Our room was not large but was not cramped either and had plenty of storage space. The bathroom was spacious and well-equiped. The hotel is air conditioned and has an elevator. Noise was not a problem at all. The location was great. I have to admit that when booking a hotel in Heidelberg I wanted to stay at a hotel in the old town, but couldn't find anything. However, this neighborhood was great. Interesting shops nearby, the bus and streetcar stop only a couple of blocks away, and best of all, right outside is a plaza with a couple of great bars that serve breakfast, as well as food and drinks throughout the day. The hotel staff were terrific. After we left, my wife discovered that she had left some jewelry behind. I called the hotel who said that they had already found it and were extremely helpful in making arrangements for the jewelry to be sent back to us. I would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located great room , welcoming helpful staff 2nd stay , no hesitation in recommending. Opposite the central square which hosts a food market , parking was a little way away but very cheap and secure - Loading and unloading was no problem

Ruhiges tolles Hotel an guter Lage. Man ist zu Fuss schnell im Parkhaus und auch schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr gross aber sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Ich weiss nicht, wer genau auf diese Idee gekommen ist, im Bad Glastüren zu verbauen. Es sollte aber generell verboten werden :)

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön an einem kleinen Platz mit Cafes, Bars, Restaurants. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit (ich hatte etwas im Zimmer vergessen und es wurde mir kostenfrei einfach nach Hause geschickt :-) Ich hatte ein Zimmer im obersten Geschoss mit einem tollen Blick. Das Zimmer war gemütlich ohne zu "plüschig und schnörkelig" zu sein. Das Bett war wunderbar, nicht zu weich, eine kuschelige Decke, die groß genug war. Ein kleines aber feines Bd mit genügend Ablagefläche und einer großen Dusche. Beim Frühstück wurde uns ganz frisches Rührei zubereitet , es gab warme Croissants und leckeren Cafe. Ich war rundum zufrieden.
