克萊爾蒙特酒店(Claremont Hotel)

We stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is well positioned to shops. We ate in the Coast restaurant on our first night there and had a wonderful meal, Michelle and her team were so welcoming and friendly nothing was a problem. Breakfast was superb fantastic array of food from the buffet and a great selection of cooked dishes. Bedroom was very well equipped although we didn’t have a sea view which would have been ideal. Everywhere was very clean. We will definitely return in the spring next year. Truly enjoyable. Louise B N.Ireland

My mother’s 80 th birthday party was a huge success down to the quality of the food and staff. Nothing was to much trouble and the whole family had a fantastic evening. Thank you so much Claremont hotel. We will definitely be back. Gary Christian

Good location on promenade. Although not a Seaview room, it was light and modern. All the amenities expected of a 4 star hotel. Only problem was the small room safe could not be used even when meticulously following the instructions. Breakfasts excellent with an extensive selection. Evening meals good with a comprehensive wine list. My wife and I would stay again.

Impeccable service from staff in all areas of the hotel. Fab room on the second floor with view of the sea, spotless bathroom and extremely well appointed in general. Good food in Coast restaurant and huge variety of foods, buffet and cooked, for breakfast. Modern comfortable lounge with sea views and food and drinks available in this area too. Parking bays opposite the hotel and more a few minutes away if these are full. We stayed for 4 nights and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

This is a nice hotel in a great spot on Douglas Prom. Stayed there three nights. Restaurant and lounge are great and the staff are brilliant. Had good dinner one evening in the hotel’s Coast restaurant and it was busy. Breakfast is superb. Great choice on cooked dishes. Kippers were great and nice to find somewhere that serves them fresh rather than out of freezer. My issue, however, is with the bedroom, a classic double. Only hotel I’ve stayed in where the main windows are frosted glass. Couldn’t manage a room change without paying £80 a night for an upgrade.

Was a great location. Service was good first day but then practically non existence the last two days. Coast restaurant staff were great, but breakfast staff were very poor on service. Coast restaurant not very obliging to hotel guests for dinner if you arrive late in day. Overall did not meet expectations.

Amazing evening at the claremont hotel and dining in Coast restaurant on Saturday. We stayed as part of the winter offer and the food, service and room was outstanding. Michelle and the team are a credit to The Sleepwell Group, highly recommend.
