Homewood Suites by Hilton Dover

J'ai bien aimé cette endroit, hôtel très propre.

Was met with grumpy guy at front desk, room was cold and hard to warm up, bathroom area smelled like sewer gas, dirty dishes in cabinets . Bed was bumpy and hard.

Easy to find, having Margaritas restaurant right next door was super helpful, breakfast was outstanding! Staff made us feel right at home!! Pool and hot tub and fitness room were top notch. Room could have used some updating but it was clean! Kitchen didn’t have a ton of plates/cups, but I have no doubt that if I asked for more I would have been accommodated!

They did not have the room I booked so I ended up sleeping on the floor because there wasn’t enough room for the party I booked. They did offer a room across the hall but I was alone with 6 children and could t leave then unsupervised. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. In the morning they shut breakfast down before the designated end time and didn’t even have regular coffee brewed. They were actively putting food away before breakfast ended as people were trying to get food. I do not recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed here a few times and each time the staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

Our third time staying here; property has remained the same - nice and cozy, clean, gracious staff, home away from home.

Location & parking was easy. Check in was short & smooth. Room was EXCELLENT. Super clean & comfortable. Good water pressure. Pool was refreshing - Hot Tub was clean, full & hot with great jet pressure. Breakfast was your standard continental - but the fruit was fresh, pastries were soft. Staff was friendly every time. I would recommend anytime.

They were awesome the front desk and Matience and cleaning services were very nice and made things comfortable and would highly recommend

My family enjoyed staying here! Great Mexican restaurant next door! Clean, staff friendly and the hot tub was great! Will stay again!
