莊園酒店(Hotel Dvorec)

La nostra camera all'Hotel Dvorec non era molto grande, ma era ben pulita e molto puliti mi sono sembrati anche tutti gli ambienti comuni. Buona l'insonorizzazione, abbiamo dormito senza problemi. Il bagno era, invece, decisamente sotto dimensionato ed un po' scomodo, ma avendo soggiornato una sola notte non è stato un grosso problema. Discreta la colazione, senza tanta varietà ma con una buona qualità dei prodotti presenti al buffet. Personale da 10 e lode, ridotto all'osso ma che nonostante tutto si impegna sempre al massimo per cercare di soddisfare ogni cliente. Tolmin non è un paesino che offre molto, e nemmeno il Dvorec è un Hotel che offre molto, ma in compenso quel poco che c'è è gestito con tanto cuore.

Viejo y mal decorado. Nos enviaron a un edificio enfrente mas viejo y descuidado todavía. Dos pisos sin ascensor con las maletas La señora de recepción enfadada, lenta y muy desagradable. La habitación con una mezcla de muebles

Was für ein schönes Gebäude. Was für ein freundlicher, fürsorglicher Ober. Man hätte ewig auf der schönen Terrasse vor dem Hotel sitzen wollen und ein paar Drinks genießen und uns vom freundlichsten Ober „ever“ umsorgen zu lassen. Wir hatten 2 Einzelzimmer gebucht, die neu renoviert waren ebenso das Bad. Unsere Halbpension hatten wir nicht im Hotel, das Restaurant hatte an dem Abend Ruhetag. Wir haben Gutscheine für ein anderes Restaurant erhalten - und dies war ok.

Didn't stay at the hotel but had a coffee at their outside cafe. Great coffee, quick service. Biked here on our way to the train station so also needed to use their restroom which was very clean. Thankfully coffee is easy to understand in any language as our waitress didn't know English, French or Spanish. Our guide spoke Slovenian so all went well.

The hotel was clean and quite pleasant Our room was ok but there was on odd door on the ensuite that didnt give much privacy. We had breakfast in cluded and it was good. Quite pleasant staff and clean

We stayed two nights. We were on the top floor, 60 stairs up with broken elevator (it looked like it had been out of service a LONG time), a lot of steps when toting luggage. Lots of debris at top of stairs. Odd room layout, and poorest food for breakfast and dinner we experienced on our Slovenia trip. There aren't many options in Tolmin, but this is definitely not a good one.

I was told to find another hotel. Simply because I said that our reservation was for double bed. I did not even insist. Besides I realized later that when we checked in the recepcionist was smiling because we had to carry the lugagge up the stairs since elevator was in maintenance.

I stayed here with my fiancee for 1 night before we festival in Tolmin and we were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the rooms, despite the renovation works, and the friendliness of the staff. I'm sure it'll be brilliant once the works have finished!
