Wow!!! Wow!!! And Wow!!!! Again, I had the privilege of conducting a wedding ceremony at this beautiful hotel just outside Inverness And the couple very kindly invited me to stay overnight as a guest, to say you are treated well is an understatement in itself as Aaron the GM, Graeme the Ops manager, Chloe the wedding coordinator and all the staff make you feel so welcome I didn’t want to leave, the food served both at the wedding and also breakfast was second to none (thank to chef) and his staff. Hope I will get to return again soon.👏👏👏👏👏

Tipica Villa inglese di campagna, bella, immersa in un verde curatissimo , camera ampia con affaccio sul giardino, gli arredi molto old english . La colazione viene scelta dal menù, opzioni vegane e non, sul buffet puoi trovare , lo yogurt, gli affettati, la frutta e qualche dolcetto. In questo hotel puoi cenare se prenoti con molto anticipo, noi non ci siamo riusciti. Esperienza positiva.🤩

L'accueil est fantastique, le lieu a un charme fou et le petit déjeuner Ecossais fut un régal. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, et à Gabriel en particulier, pour nous avoir permis de passer aussi agréablement notre anniversaire de mariage.

L’endroit est très joli. Les jardins alentour aussi mais nous avions réservé un cottage pour deux couples et un bébé . Il y avait une seule salle de bains, une chambre à l’étage pour un couple sans armoire, sans même un porte manteau ou une chaise. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et le personnel serviable et souriant mais malheureusement le service est très très lent… Après 40 minutes d’attente , nous avons du partir sans pouvoir recevoir ce que nous avions commandé . Vraiment dommage parce qu’avec un peu d’efforts, cet hôtel aurait pu être un lieu idéal . À la réception, Gabriel qui parle français et est très serviable ! Merci à lui !

Je n'ai pas d'avis sur les chambres de l'hôtel, ces dernières n'étaient plus disponibles lors de la réservation ; comme nous avions besoin de deux chambres nous avons séjourné dans le cottage numéro 1 . Effectivement il y a deux chambres, dont l'une à l'étage , exiguë et équipée de deux petits lits. Le hic , il n'y a qu'une salle d'eau hors d'âge au rez-de-chaussée, les toilettes ne sont même pas séparées. Ne séjournant qu'une nuit le salon et la kitchenette ne nous étaient pas de grande utilité. Cette prestation nous ayant été facturé 384 £ il est aisé de trouver mieux ailleurs

My wife and I stayed here May 22nd and 23rd. I hope that management will take this not as a complaint but as an opportunity to make things better for future guests. First the positives… Loch Ness Country House is ideally located for exploring the area. Located just outside Inverness, it’s only a few minutes to all the town has to offer but has the tranquility of the countryside. The grounds are beautiful and there is ample parking even if the hotel is full. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Now the issues… Most concerning was the mould growing on the window frames. The windows were single pane and condensation which formed at night ran down and puddled on the window frames… but must never get cleaned as the mould was considerable. At some point, someone must have overflowed the tub… the tiles in the bathroom were all swelled and curled up and some were coming off. The base of the 3 drawer cabinet in the bathroom was swelled and had mould growing on it. The lid was missing on the kettle in the coffee area, The light over the area and one over the bed was not working. The hot water tap in the bathroom dripped unless you gave it a severe turn. In the dining room, the chairs were severely soiled and stained. To be honest we were quite shocked at that. We had planned to book a dinner there but changed our mind when we saw the chairs. For breakfast, we came down early to find the cleanest chairs to sit in. This hotel has a lot of potential but at this price point we definitely expected more attention to details. We do take into consideration that some places may still be suffering with some staff shortages after the pandemic. We would definitely consider staying here again if management takes care of the issues. Unfortunately were quite disappointed with our stay here this time.

Huge thanks to fantastic host Graeme for a wonderful evening. We enjoyed a divine 3 course meal which was entirely delicious, great a**osphere, great view, quick service, a faultless and thoroughly enjoyable birthday meal. Thank you Graeme for going the extra mile, we will definitely be returning.

Chloe, Graham and the whole team at Loch Ness Country House went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was one to remember. From planning to the day itself, nothing was ever a problem! Our meals were incredible as commented on by all of our guests with those staying in the hotel overnight delighted by the spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast provided.
