Entrance was clean and staff was nice. Went into first room and the drapes, walls had huge stains on them. I pulled back the blanket to one of the beds. There were old blood stains. Was switched to another room. The condition to that room was the similar. The only difference was the bed stains were a different color along with pillow stains. I was offered to change my own sheets due to housekeeping not being there. I was in a double bed and slept in 2nd bed with one small black stain. There was constant slamming of doors throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The rooms are VERY run down.

The staff were acting like they couldn’t find my reservation until my male friend entered and demanded they find it. He also asked for a copy of the paperwork they made me sign and they denied him that. They also stole my coat and when I asked about it they pretended they had no idea what I was talking about.

curtains had stains, towels had hair on them, bed covers were stained. Bed was comfortable but they really need to clean and replace stained items.

I was VERY disappointed to find approximately 7/8 men outside of my window @ about 8:00 am doing some type of work on a roof area.

I had my mom in ER and ******* and the hotel robbed my money. I asked for a reschedule and they denied and took my money.

Hotel is an older property but it is nicely kept. Cleaned and well maintained. Had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was a little disappointed with the leftover juice stain and foul odor from the fridge (cabinet looked like it had water damage). Other than that, the room was ok, hotel was quiet, reception was helpful and courteous, breakfast was great.

Clean rooms. Well stocked with amenities to make stay easy. Workout room is nice and equipped.
