management is not on site, which means it's hard to contact the landlord. The fridge didn't work and they gave us an appointment to fix it and didn't come, as promised, 3 times. After a discussion with the landlord, Malik Jawad, he promised a 20% refund and they never acted on this. Also, the toilet leaks water from the wall — the ground is always wet. Pillows were not good quality. The hairdryer has the incorrect plug from a different country, which is not at all used in the UAE. The wifi password was also not given to us, leaving us needing to contact Malik about the password, and therefore having the first few hours that we didn't come without wifi. In addition, only one key was given to the apartment. Overall, while the location of the apartment is good, the service is most certainly not and the room has many issues with it, making it a headache to live in, even for my short, 5-night long visit. Furthermore, if your flight arrives early, before the checkin opens, you will have to book the night before your stay to ensure an early checkin. I wouldn't recommend staying with Dream-inn.
