Kashif of front desk is very helpful and accommodating.. they put us at 4th floor where they are painting the wall. When i enter at bathroom there is a tissue at the 🚽.. we went only to Dubai to meet my brother but up fortunately visitors are not allow at the hotel, even they will not sleep there😒😒luckily Kashif made are they😊.. we didnt take photo pf the hotel but only Kashif name i took😅

It was not clean!
Room was very small and our view was a building right infront of us!
Bed sheets were dirty not clean to the point you could feel how itchy it was. Very uncomfortable and disgusting. I would never recommend this hotel to family or friends

ネットでの掲載ホテルの位置が違っていて迷ってしまった。以外は、スタッフの対応も良く。モールにも近いので快適に過ごすことが出来ました♪

The hotel almost has no service and amenities.
It’s extension to citymax at the mall.
No service, No support, bad behavior from receptionists.
Everything was bad.
Doesn’t recommend at all.
