We checked in at around 2am on Sat 5/27, we were told that would have to do the Fri-Sat. We asked for the manager to be contacted, we wanted to check if it’s possible to change it to Sat-Sun because technically it was Sat already. Then we got to our room I wash my hands and was going to use the towel to wipe but saw blood on it. said we were already charged and they won’t be able to do anything and to talk to the hotel manager. The following day, we asked the front desk if there’s any update about the request, he said there is no way that it could happen because manager is not present (again) and that there’s a wedding party, so no rooms will be available that we could check out at 3pm the latest. Got in the room and realized that the sink is clogged plus it’s leaking( See attached video). We tried calling the front desk but there is no answer, went out and no one was there. So we left before 3 as instructed. On Sun at about 3pm, I received an email regarding Sat-Sun stay? First of all, no one contacted us that we could stay till Sunday. We had to look for a place to stay because we were told you are sold out. How inconvenient! I called and was told that I only was charge 1 night and I totally understand that, my concern is that we were told that our stay was charge for a Fri-Sat when all along we could have stayed till Sun! Also, we booked for a king and was told we had no choice, they only have 2 double beds. Tried contacting the manager, no reply.
