懷爾德酒店(The Wilder)

This is a fantastic hotel, well run, great service, lovely helpful staff and fab breakfast. The interior decor has really been thought out with care and attention to detail ( and not your normal corporate thoughtless interior design).It's in a great quiet location that is also a stones throw away from the centre. I would 100% go back.

We booked the Wilder last minute. The location is central but also not right in the middle so it was nice to chill away from the hustle and bustle of town yet it was easy to walk to. The staff were very easy to deal with and the cleaners and room staff were lovely and really helpful as were the bar staff. The complimentary gin and tonic, and the turn down room service in the evening were a lovely touch. The two next door rooms decided to have a party at about 1145 which went for half an hour so i called reception and they quickly contacted the rooms, and I was able to get to sleep. The ONLY thing i would say is we upgraded our room but our shower was tiny, im 6ft 2 so thought it was me but even my wife who is 5'5 found it hard to move in the thing. Apart from that I would recommend it to anyone as a perfect place for couple of business trips.

Ein fantastisches Townhouse in Dublin. Ruhig gelegen, aber die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns bei dem hilfsbereiten und sehr freundlichen Hotelpersonal (vom Zimmerservice über Bar, Frühstück, Rezeption bis zum Management) sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Deluxezimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen, geräumig, hatte dazu genügend Ablagegemöglichlkeiten, ein bequemes Bett und eine gute und große Dusche. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und sehr gut. Zusätzlich gibt die Kleinigkeiten, wie einen Wilkommensdrink und "Turn Down Service", die den Aufenthalt versüßen.

Hôtel membre des Small Leading Hotels of the World. Idéalement situé au sud de Dublin assez près des lieux incontournables pour qui aime marcher. Environnement calme et verdoyant, décoration raffinée, exposition d’objets d’art. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. La chambre double dite “popular” est petite, sans armoire ni commode mais on s’en passe très bien pour quelques jours. Parfaitement insonorisée. Personnel professionnel mais pas particulièrement chaleureux ni intéressé par qui vous êtes et ce que vous avez envie de voir à Dublin. Autre déception: n’ont pas du tout tenu compte de notre statut gold member chez ********** alors qu’était spécifié : upgrade et une boisson offerte.

We stayed here on our last night before we had to fly back to the US from Dublin after a trip around Ireland. Lovely hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a very friendly staff. I will definitely return on a future visit. Well-designed and cozy.

Historical hotel in a nice neighborhood. The architecture was lovely. I was disappointed my room did not have a closet. The staff is young and lacks the required training. Unexpectedly they did not accept any cash. There were too many misunderstandings and back and forth that had me waiting for no reason. In this trip I was in three different hotels. This was 3 times over the most expensive and the one where I was treated the worse.

We had stayed at the wilder before, so it was top of our list for our return trip. We weren’t disappointed. Although our room was smaller than anticipated, it was very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep in a wonderfully comfortable bed. The staff were all delightful and took great care of us. Especially when there had been a mix up over a bar bill. The breakfast was delicious and I recommend everyone try the full Irish. Particularly lovely toast too!

Fabulous boutique hotel! Staff is above wonderful and go the extra mike to make your stay enjoyable! Room is very comfortable! They have a quaint little tea room/restaurant that is lovely!
