北德盧斯商場區歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Duluth North/Mall Area)

Our room was upgraded due to hockey tournament in the area. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. Only complaint was the floor around the mirrored closet doors in bath didn’t get cleaned properly as there was dust and debris on the floor.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and provided plenty of options. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops.

Came home with bedbugs. Called the hotel to speak with them about it, was told a manager would get back to me, they never did.

This stay was disappointing. When entering the bathroom, there were toenails and hair on the floor. The real problem however was the condition of the sidewalks and the front door area. On the second morning of my stay, I slipped on the icy sidewalk in the back of the building, spraining my foot and ankle. On the final morning of my stay, I pulled my car to the front of the building to load my belongings. Upon exiting the car, I immediately fell on a large patch of ice covering the entranceway beneath the awning, causing even further injury. The resulting bone pain and muscle spasms created significant physical distress since I already suffer greatly from bone tumors and fibromyalgia. It was disappointing to experience 2 easily preventable injuries and the subsequent severe pain associated with both.

Our room was filthy, my wife and I stayed there on my birthday, it was dusty. I had to take an extra allergy medicine to deal with all the dust, staff was chatty with each other. Check in was awful, We waited 30mins to find out if our room was clean or not. Upon entering our dirty room was a manager and staff talking about overtime problems. We will not stay there again. $200 over priced bad room bad service bad breakfast.

The room was clean but furniture could be replaced. Breakfast was ok - was busy and did not replace items very well.

Decent hotel great location, good breakfast buffet. My only complaint was that there was no housekeeping on Christmas Day. I get it but at least let your guests know that while checking in.

Motel is very nice. Breakfast had good variety. Staff was friendly. Would have been nice to have more places to hang coats and towels. Also would have been nice to have a larger dresser or place to store clothing.

Great friendly staff, clean property and is modern. Everything works perfect!
