At check-in for our 4 night stay, we were asked whether we wanted housekeeping services. We said yes and front desk made a note. But, no service received for 2 days. We were able to get towels and replacement coffee from the front desk. On the 3rd day, we saw a housekeeper on our hallway. She said our room was not on her schedule to clean. Thankfully, she added our room and cleaned it.
Breakfast: No famous sweet rolls or oatmeal on day 1. Coffee available 30 minutes after opening.
Outside temp was 37 degrees at night. Room temp was 71 with system off. Had to cool room to sleep. Must be well insulated building.
