third visit to this hotel rooms are to a very high spec and very modern and spotless clean
hotel in centre of town with plenty to do on the high street and 50 yards from a lovely park
food in hotel is excellent and plenty of it
staff were so nice receptionist /night porter/waitress and even the cleaner said hope you have a lovely day
will be back 10 out of 10

Efficient reception. Good-sized room recently refurbished. Good bathroom with a large shower. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities. There was a good area to work at and the room had plenty of plug sockets and USB ports. Good breakfast and also a bar and restaurant on site. My main criticism would be the vertical blinds in the room, they bled a lot of light at night and, due to the gaps, when you moved you can end up with one of the bright LED car pack lights directly shining into your eyes.

City hotel was really nice. Nice decor, clean staff were lovely. I stayed 2 nights breakfast the first morning was a bit greasy for me but second morning it was fine. We also had dinner there and it was really good too. Bed was comfy. Bathroom and shower were all good. Would definitely come back.

Had a great stay. Had lunch which was delish highly recommend the haddock mornay. Breakfast wasn’t as good, but that’s more to do with my personal preference. Room was a good size bed was so comfy didn’t want to get up. And definitely recommend the Chinese whisper cocktail. Look forward to staying again.

A long weekend for business - friendly attentive staff, large and comfortable room, reasonable food, will definitely use again. Disabled parking is scant to non-existent and there’s no lift. (If you tell me now there is one I will deduct a star)

Excellent value for money. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained.
When I needed a hairdryer, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Getting into reception can be a bit confusing as there are 2 doors at either end of the building. There are no lifts, so be prepared to carry your cases up 1 or 2 flights of stairs.

Booking in quick and easy. All the staff helpful and friendly. Clean and well decorated hotel. Restaurant at night and breakfast in the morning would recommend. Could not get into hotel parking but large parking area right next to hotel. £3.80 for 24 hours. Hotel central location. Will definitely be back.
