阿爾伯格薩頓布洛耶爾酒店(Auberge Sutton Brouerie)

We stayed at Auberge Sutton Brouerie for one night. The room was advertised as: "Located in Sutton, Auberge Sutton Brouerie offers 3-star accommodation with a terrace, a shared lounge and a bar. The property is set 5 km from Mont Sutton. Mediterranean cuisine is served at the restaurant. The rooms include air conditioning, a fridge, a coffee machine, a shower, a hair dryer, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and DVD Player. The inn features certain units with river views, and each room is fitted with a kettle. All rooms have a wardrobe." Our room was not in the big building as shown and advertised in their photos, but we were given a room in a little ‘annex’ next door, across the parking lot. The shower / toilet were down the hall. Kitchen was on the next floor. Our room did not have a kettle, a fridge, a coffee machine, a shower, a TV, and not even a bathroom or shower. We had a bunk bed, a wardrobe and a hairdryer (no mirror in the room). The bathroom and shower were down the hall. The kitchen was on the next floor and was a shared kitchen with the 3 other rooms. The listing clearly states “private kitchen”, which it is now. We never saw a TV. Also no toiletries are offered, except bodywash in the bathroom. We had clean towels and linen. The listing is misleading and falsely advertised. Unfortunately when we arrived at 5pm, the Auberge was fully booked and we couldn’t change rooms. Had we known that there was no bathroom /shower, fridge or TV in the room, we would have booked elsewhere. Check in time was 4pm and checkout time was 10am. No breakfast was available on the property. Our $149 room with all taxes came to $175. Their only saving grace was that it was clean.

When we arrived, we were told that the air conditioning was not working... It turns out that it was already 30 Celcius outside, result, a good 33.5 well felt upstairs without possibility of cooling because only two windows in R-C. No notice except once there telling us that it wasn't that bad. There were three other rooms in the same situation. A call would have allowed us to reassess our options. Result, we went to Cowansville without any apology from the receptionist. Checked although the air conditioning is working if you book

Superbe Auberge au coeur du Sutton. Le staff est courtois et avenant et on y mange et boit très bien !

We had a lovely stay. The living room and bathroom were on the lower level of Room 3 and the bedroom was up the stairs. Morning espresso was yummy, also. The only thing we couldn’t decipher was the TV, but we didn’t need it… Sutton is a wonderful get away location!

Très contente de mon séjour. Chambre parfaite pour une famille.

Great place to stay and visit...the village was lovely....the only down side was that we arrived on a Sunday night and it was Karaoke night (also no parking at the property but now we know why lol.....lots of fun but we had to wake up very early for work the next day so we did have a little trouble sleeping with the noise.) Nothing major though...would return!

Sutton is a very nice town and the ''Auberge'' is located in the nicest area just beside a beautiful small river. The family room is large, perferct for 4! Bon ratio qualité/prix
