My stay was good accept the fact the heater/Ac unit made so much noise i had to sleep with the unit off with it on made to much noise 😩 the bed was great the service was a great experience

I didn’t have any towels in my room and when I tried to call the front desk the line was busy. The tub was rusted pretty bad and the fan in my bathroom would not turn off.

Lisa was so accommodating. We are seniors and our room was near the lobby, so convenient. She was very nice. Thank you. It was a good price with breakfast included .

Had to get our room switched after multiple trips to the front desk for new keys because the lock was malfunctioning. The room was nice after the key issues

Room was infested with flies and gnats, front desk gave me a can of Lysol to spray and it didn’t help at all. I had to buy fly spray with only out a bandaid on the problem because I didn’t know where the infestation was coming from. Tub had mold and rust
