The family that runs this property knows what they are doing! The place was spotless, the rooms were excellent. So much space to spread out in, excellent satellite tv service, big tv’s, comfortable bed, etc etc. I wish they ran hotels in Chattanooga and Nashville!

Stayed here for a last minute funeral of my grandmother, and I was an absolute ball of nerves, and we stayed here, and were actually pleasantly surprised especially with the free breakfast. The rooms were clean, the staff were pretty friendly, and the food at the Dunlap Restaurant was always extremely delicious. Hopefully will get to come back here under happier circumstances, and will stay here again.

Very comfortable room with wonderful a/c, quiet room, and lovely, soft pillows and bed. Breakfast was available at the Dunlap Restaurant just a short distance away.

I cannot recommend this place enough! The person who checked us in, I believe was the owner maybe(?), he was very kind and hospitable! Asked me if I wanted a wake up call, or breakfast in the morning! He was very sweet! The rooms were a lot bigger than I thought they’d be, and it didn’t disappoint! A lot of channels on the TV, and the rooms and bathroom were VERY CLEAN. I was very comfortable my entire stay here and I would for sure stay again!

Noisiest room we have ever stayed in. Owners very loud all thru the night. Water loudly running all thru the night. Then when we left a day early because of the lack of sleep, I am still fighting to get a refund for the night we did NOT stay! Avoid!!

Very Clean Motel, Friendly Managers and Employees, Large Room an very clean, Large Bed which was comfortable. Refrigerator was very cold. Shower water pressure was great and hot water was plentiful. Lots of clean towels. Ice machine worked good, and let us take all the ice we needed
