Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center

Overall I love the hotel. The bed is ok. The breakfast was excellent! What I don’t like is paying $20 per day for parking and having to pay $4.95 per day for Wi-Fi.

The room was very spacious had a nice layout. Comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast was amazing!! Nice selection, the made to order was the highlight. The hot tub was not working properly but we were able to use it. We did find a roach in the bathroom but they immediately sealed a crack and sprayed. No further issues after that. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The shuttle was also another bonus. We were able to get to the mall, Walmart, and a restaurant without needing to Uber. I will definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Front Desk staff!!!! Upon check in the 2 women that took care of us were warm and welcoming. They demonstrated the truest sense of southern hospitality. My husband and I actually live a hour north of Atlanta but came down to the Perimeter for my neice's wedding at the Atlanta Whitehouse. We turned it into a relaxing weekend get away at Embassy suites. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Very clean and contemporary decor. Upset to find out that there was a $20/per vehicle charge for parking. (We had stayed here in the past and there was no charge). The coctail hour was only from 500p-630p when online indicated otherwise. Pool closed too early (9pm). Breakfast was very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel itself was great, good menu options from the restaurant and breakfast that were delicious. The front desk staff was unhelpful, when my I was by myself, carrying a baby and was never offered assistance with my many bags both during check in and check out. They assured me a late check out wouldn’t be a problem the day prior but when I called to get it, that was not an option anymore. The pool was also not usable on our one and only night because it was very dirty, it was clean by the next morning but since we didn’t get a late checkout we were not able to utilize it for long.

The check in process wasnt very friendly. The AC doesnt work in this hotel. After swapping rooms multiple times, I gave up for the night. The tiles were coming off in bathroom, shower doors didnt operate properly. Not worth the money and doesnt live up to the name. Embassy Suites is the only brand I use when traveling and this was disappointing.

Twas a good stay, you have to inform the desk if you need your room to be clean, otherwise they don’t clean it everyday. So we are all busy that we did not able to inform them to clean. On the third day, my sister and her family arrived so early in the morning after a long drive and the lady in the front desk is very nice and kind, my sister was able to check in early. Thank you

Terrible RUDE Staff!!! Staff. Not Intend to help resolve uncomfortable 😕 bed issue, we left phone charger in room and we ask to return it but was ignored. We DESERVE 2 night charge refunded immediately. Thank You!

All staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The suite was spacious and suited our needs. It was too cold, so we ended up turning the AC off. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner - we kept finding hairs, and the shower bottom and wall were quite dingy. Breakfast was wonderful.
