塔科瑪-西雅圖凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites Tacoma - Seattle)

Un endroit assez spécial, qui peut avoir l’air dangereux mais qui ne l’est pas vraiment. Chambre spacieuse et bon matelas. Accueil mitigé, propreté à revoir.

這家酒店是我一生中去過的最糟糕的酒店之一。 周邊設施是最差的，還有很多長住的家庭入住，所以清潔度和噪音都不是開玩笑的。 酒店外也有小偷， 最重要的是，房間打掃的很亂，空調壞了，窗簾拉開，為什麼蒼蠅和蟲子那麼多。。。 我住的隔壁房間好像是長期住的一家人，但是我睡不著，因為他們整晚都在聊天。 最後，我肯定支付了早餐（西式），但酒店明目張膽地不提供。 送餐不成功之類的.. 攜程應該對此進行補償。 永遠不要被評論或評級所愚弄。 這家酒店的評分是 5.0。

前台代理快速而樂於助人。我沒有時間在這次旅行中品嚐早餐，但酒店的其他部分都提供了。

Felt right at home here

Staff were incredible. Very good job. Seemed to have a police presence as we were located across the street from a ******. We arrived late & the area where my room was located was dark. There were also areas taped off that looked like a crime scene with sand poured on the walkways. After asking staff we were informed they were resurfacing the sidewalks.

Day 1 3 women in room asked for extra towels housekeeping said 1 per person 2 days of cool to cold showers, toilet broken had to be replaced late at night, lobby and halls smelled of pot no luggage cart used large metal building cart. At check out the cart was nowhere to be found asked the clerk behind the desk. She said I don’t know they’re not supposed to use it for work around here. And that is not my job l found it with the painter with paint on it and went and got it myself she didn’t move out from behind the desk desk management and employee behind the counter had Personal cars parked under the awning. Your manager at the desk told us that it was too early in the day for them to move their cars We had to take our stuff down the hill on that heavy cart. This was at 10am on the morning 9th. Keep in mind. All of us are over the age of 65 was not fun.We had breakfast one of the days and went down the last day to have some breakfast at 8 o’clock and there was nothing in there but cereal and bread didn’t check the refrigerator at that time very bad for your guess! Takisha was behind desk Alisha desk manger both very rude. Check in Sunday 15th checked out Thursday the 19th of October wasn’t a pleasant trip due to a funeral. We attended a family member. Hotel was very bad experience. At 8810 S.Hosmer St Tacoma Wa.

The front desk staff were great, but unfortunately the hotel overbooked, and they ended up not having a room for us. Beyond frustrating after a long day. We gave this Quality in a try since the other one in town had issues with their key cards last time we visited. We will probably never book at either location again.

Firstly, when i booked the hotel it stated pets allowed. When i got there, no pets allowed. Place was unkept and the one csr was just not professional.

Absolutely horrible, i have never met anyone who is that angey all the time ans treats customers the way the manager of rhis placw does. Would not give me the room because i dis not have 100.00 cash for a deposit and i already paid for the room. I wasted 2 hrs waiting to get in the room and then couldn't have it because of that. I will be filing a complaint and contacting the owners!!!
