This is my second time at the One. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Paseo Durango, a mall, and a Liverpool and Sears. It is centrally located and ordering an Uber is easy. The staff is very friendly, careful with my heavy luggage, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bathroom is a letdown: nothing but soap and towels, without and toiletries, and things were going well until I found a long hair in the sink (I hardly have any hair at all). I believe it’s a good, functional option for people on the go who are looking for a decent place to spend the night.

La experiencia fue muy buena pero ya se ve un hotel viejo, la atención es buena pero ya empiezan a tener detalles.
Cosas que deberían de renov****, no tiene caja fuerte. No tiene plancha, esperaba más.
La regadera ya está vieja, y muchos detalles desvencijados.

El area común del hotel muy desordenado.
El uso de desechables en el desayuno mucho desperdicio, la calidad de la comida mala.
Habitaciones demasiado simples. Hay hoteles con tarifas inferiores con mejor calidad en todos los aspectos y por esta razón decidimos cambiar de hotel.
Deberían revisar la competencia lo que ofrece.

Tenía un problema el aire acondicionado, salía aire caliente y no se podía controlar, pase toda la noche sudando y sin dormir , fueron a revisar, no pudieron arreglar nada y ya no volvieron

Hay que pagar el estacionamiento si no lees bien la oferta, la ropa de baño y de cama estaba terriblemente mal lavada (sucia y manchada), limpieza deficiente y la cereza del pastel te ponen el papel de baño USADO!!! Fue decepcionante comparado con otros ONE en los que he estado.

Las instalaciones son excelentes, muy ordenado y limpio, las habitaciones son pequeñas.
Para ingresar es muy confuso, tienes que estacionarte dentro de la plaza comercial, el lobby se encuentra en el primer piso, fuera de eso todo muy bien.

El estacionamiento debería ser un servicio gratuito, ya que el hotel se encuentra dentro de una plaza comercial.
En el cuarto la limpieza no fue la mejor, no estaba realmente limpio, no dejaron toallas, jabones para la hora de mi entrada.
El clima no funcionaba ya que quise subir la temperatura del cuarto y jamás funcionó.
Es temporada de invierno y no quería tener el cuarto frío.
