I haven’t come

Excellent and very good place to stay for vacation. Is very clean and need with friendly staff. Nice and reasonable meal and affordable price. Very close to the main road for vistas that does not transport. Security is very tired. I can recommend other vistas to use. THANKS VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY Regards Stephen May

Great central location with easy access to Durban and surrounds. Secure parking behind closed gates. Friendly and helpful staff. No frills accommodation, a desk and free wi-fi which is perfect for a business trip. I didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on those facilities.

The rooms are small and there are no overhead charging ports by the bed except on the study table across the room. There is also no landline provided for by the hotel to either call reception or laundry.Had to walk down the stairs to ask for an extra blanket which should have been there provided for in the room.Lastly the rooms are noisy as i could hear people walking,chatting and drinking alcohol by in the corridors.

My stay at road lodge was great. The hotel is situated right in town near to shops and tourist attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and bins were emptied daily. My only suggestion is for the room to have a mini fridge for perishable food.

Service was good, and the room was clean, however the doors are very loud when they close them. It was constant banging, disturbing peace and it’s annoying. Number 2, you restricted windows on the ground floor, you don’t put air freshers, how do you expect us to us the toilet and still be in the same room? Number 3 no handwash, or sanitizer, no shower cap

This property is decent good olde American style. I met a white man on the steps and as a black American I didn't yield, he cam e on my side of the stairs, the new day my towels where gone because it is better for me as a black man to yield to whites, as they have the power and I am in South Africa, This is my actual experience and important information for Americans intending to travel to Africa.

I had an amazing stay at Road lodge last weekend

Our stay was fabulous. We were near everything and that was awesome. Will definitely make use of this hotel again .

bathroom was difficult to share because it was me and my daughter and the Shower is just a glass door. Window was half broken

Good location Clean environment Good security I wasn't happy about getting a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room that I had requested. A fridge in the room would be nice

In my view this hotel is in a very noisy area and my room the shower and aircon did not work properly

Was a comfortable experience which helped my build up for Comrades marathon

The location is very good for those going to the ICC, there is a damp smell in the rooms.
