達拉姆市中心萬豪酒店(Durham Marriott City Center)

Check in was great. Staff friendly. We paid for a room due to our child dancing in the convention center. Our room did not cool off until 2am. No sleep until after that. The convention center was miserable. I can’t believe we paid what we did to only have 3-4 hours of sleep. Counter in bathroom was also not clean. This could be a great place with these things fixed. Again, friendly staff so that was a plus

Staff was excellent in every area. Room very clean. Big issue is the lighting in the room and bathroom. No light on the bed stand so impossible to read in bed. Lighting too dim in bathroom to put on make up.

We were there to see a comedian that was conveniently next door at the Carolina Theater. The hotel staff we’re friendly, the room was handicap accessible, wonderful large tv. The bed was a little firmer than I a used to, but otherwise, the stay was perfect.

They had a coffee station with Starbucks brand coffee and actual milk & cream vs just non-dairy creamer packets. Everyone who worked there was very polite and helpful and would interact with everyone passing by. We couldn't find the parking location on the first day, and a valet walked us over to it!

we totally enjoyed the property, however, each and every time myself and husband would go for breakfast we was STOPPED AND QUESTIONS about if we were members?? I also noticed with the Caucasian guests your staff NEVER asked them and it was very dishearten to us both to the point i dont think we will be doing business with this location anymore!

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hallways were too dim. The hotel is a little overrated for the cost.

The staff from the moment ee arrived was nothing but welcoming to us , we felt like we were home.

Super clean, very friendly staff, so convenient to the Convention Center
