達拉謨 21c 博物館酒店(21C Museum Hotel Durham)

Very pleasant stay for a short trip to R/D area. Not your average hotel. Friendly, clean, comfortable.

This hotel is run down. Holes in sheets. Unclean bathroom. Terrible lighting. Very disappointing.

Fascinating stay in the heart of Durham. Superb view from 11th story roomy room. Don't miss seeing the old bank vaults in this restored bank building. Interesting art also. Easy and inexpensive parking in the city garage almost next door--far cheaper than valet! Many eating places within short walk.

We thought the room was small and some areas were not purposeful. For example, there was a large circular bar cart cabinet that held two coffee cups and a coffee maker on top. This cabinet was waist high and about 3' across. Really just wasted space. Shower was good. Hard and hot water every time.

The location was awesome for what we wanted to do while there!!!!!!!!!! Fantastic and clean hotel!!!!!!!

Not enough staff working. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the bathroom lights on so was forced to fix hair and make up with one small light. No one was available to come look and see what was wrong. There was also no heat in the restaurant and no one to answer that call either so staff working were ver frustrated.

I didn’t like how we couldn’t bring in outside food and how there were no microwaves in the room. I’m also not sure if there was an Ice machine as I didn’t not see it on our floor.

We were disappointed after seeing this was 4 star hotel. The Luxury room we got did not have the glass walk in shower. It was a bathtub with a curtain. The room and property are not clean. The valets were nice but others at the front desk and the night security guard were not pleasant. I would not stay here again. Location is nice but stay at the Marriott right behind this one.

The friendliest person was Stan, the valet. When we checked in the staff didn't look at us, but at their laptops. I couldn't even tell if we were being helped. The breakfast staff was also very friendly and I enjoyed the art.
