Ruby Luna瑰寶酒店（杜塞爾多夫國王大道）

The service was tip top from the check-in till the end. The service of Lucas and Hedric was attentive, meticulous and very helpful to my needs. I was exhausted and jet lag due to the trade show business plus it was my first time staying in the city centre. So rhe clean room and warm sincere treatment from the staff brightened me up. I appreciate the lovely loft room view of the city and also the great roof top bar. Thank u.

We had such a nice stay. The staff was absolutely fantastic, we felt well taken care of throughout our stay 💜 location is superb!

Ik was hier voor de 2e keer en had deze keer een kamer (¨Nest¨) met uitzicht op de binnenstad. Ik houd erg van de styling van de openbare ruimtes en de kamers zelf. Inchecken onder een raket, sterren op het vloertapijt in de gangen, afgeronde ruimteschip-achtige raamkozijn ( ramen kunnen op kier). Ook met aandacht: Glazen in badkamer, chocoladereep als kleine attentie (Pretzl-caramel!) en gratis thee ( goede kwaliteiT) op de bg. Prijs-kwaliteit super!

Çok merkezi bir konumda , temiz ve rahat bir otell. Ailece iki ayrı oda rezervasyonumuz vardı , resepsiyon görevlisine aynı katta olmasını rica ettik , ücretsiz upgrade olarak yan yana iki odayı bizlere tahsis etmeleri büyük bir nezaket olarak bizleri mutlu etti , çok teşekkür ederiz.

Temiz şehir merkezine her yeri kolay ulaşılabiliyor etrafında bir gezilebilecek çok güzel alışveriş alanları yemek alanları ve bir çok kilise bulabilirsiniz keyifli bir konaklama oldu teşekkürler

This hotel doesn’t understand the word service. After a seven hour we had to do self check-in, carry our 2 suitcases and 2 carryons without offering any assistance, despite the presence of two healthy young men, because they simply didn’t offer this service. No laundry service. All channels in TV were German except for two. There was no phone in room. Aside from the safety issue, each time you need something you need to go down to the reception.The saff were nice but clearly lacked proper training. One staff said no to a question in which her colleague corrected her. The room looks like university dormitory but with a private bathroom. Breakfast was a minimum requirement so I was glad I didn’t pay for it. Dispite all this, they managed to put what every hotel gust needs “ a Marvin speaker” not one but yes, two in a room 3 by 4 meters room. Despite staying in thousands of hotels this was one of the worst. Despite using the 4 stars in ******* filter somehow this hotel fell through the cracks.

Breakfast on sunday on the 3th of December was messy, not enough staff, the guests are placing the plates, glasses, knives and bowl everywhere to have a clean table. There was enough choice to have a fine breakfast.

Hip trendy met een knipoog naar retro. Top locatie. Maar de kamers zyn een beetje gehorig. Op zich een iets te duur hotel / kwaliteit verhouding, maar dat zal wel komen door de kerstmarkten
