"DO NOT GO HERE. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I called ahead and confirmed I could check in after midnight, then arrived to find nobody at the desk. When someone finally showed up, I was told they couldn’t give me a room because the key cards weren’t working and the rooms weren’t ready. Despite me calling ahead and physically showing up, they still marked me as a “no-show.” Then they sent me to another motel that didn’t even allow late check-ins. I ended up stranded in the middle of the night, out hundreds of dollars, with nowhere to sleep. Completely incompetent and incredibly unhelpful. Avoid this place at all costs."
