Eagle Bay guesthouse is a gem. Olida and Matt couldn't be more friendly and welcoming. Our room was really comfortable and with lovely touches like fresh fruit and chocolates. The garden and views towards the sea are fantastic. You can make your own breakfast and then sit and watch the resident kangaroos, cockatoos and fairy-wrens. We found this the perfect place to stay in Dunsborough - highly recommended!

Many thanks to Oli and Matt for your hospitality. Oli and some beautiful birds greeted me when I arrived around 2pm with a plate full of fruits and chocolates. Had lovely chat and showed me around the property. Saw kangaroos outside the room after I came back from sunset photography at Sugarloaf Rock. Met Matt the second night while I was having wines outside the room and we had great conversations. The room was beautiful and clean, beautiful design and well decorated and smell so nice. We really love the place and will be back for sure.

Olida & Matt have a lovely home in large grounds that have a lot of wildlife. Continental style breakfast is available in the kitchen for residents to help themselves at any time. The ensuite bedroom was large and modern with air con, wifi, TV etc. There were also chairs to use in the garden. Definitely recommend Eagle Bay House.

Beautiful little getaway - we stayed in the Spring room and were able to watch the kangaroos in the afternoon from our room and outdoor bbq area. Access to fresh breakfast and coffee. Hosts were super lovely and loved a chat - Highly recommended :)

Highly recommend a stay at Eagle Bay House! Olida and Matt were fabulous hosts… so easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. The location is beautiful… so peaceful and relaxing…and easy travel to all the local sights. Breakfast was a lovely bonus!
