Tiny ants in the room was very uncomfortable, could have been worse . Staff was very nice

I appreciated the location - it feels a bit secluded with woods around and relatively quiet, even though it’s near the main road. There are grocery stores, restaurants, etc. nearby (accessible by car). The bed was comfortable and taking bath was great and helpful for resting and warming up after a long day. I recommend.

Great location. We stay here often from Toronto, Ontario. Always clean and close to everything for us.

Our room was supposedly nonsmoking however it definitely didn’t smell like it. The room itself was not very clean and the mini fridge was really dirty and smelled. I will say that the checkin process was easy and the lady that waited on us was very friendly. Unfortunately we won’t be back based on the condition of the property. I wasn’t expecting the room to be perfect based on the cost however I always expect it to be clean.

This hotel is very unclean. The sheets had crumbs and hair on them. It was clear they weren’t changed from previous guests. The garbage can in the room was full of garbage . There was urine on the toilet and the floors were definitely not vacuumed or sweeper. I had to go down to the office and get clean sheets and disinfect wipes. The night worker was nice. In the morning while checking out I spoke with the morning worker about how filthy the room was and she completely disregarded the situation and told me to put it out of my head and go about my day. I couldn’t believe it. I will never go back there ever.

We stayed here for a last-minute overnight trip to Buffalo. Nothing to write home about. At first glance the room is clean but after a closer inspection, there were a few parts of the room that could benefit from a deeper cleaning. Also, we found two insects crawling up the wall/ceiling which really was a turn-off. The toilet started to act up on the morning of our checkout. Overall, for us more cons than pros in staying here. Don't plan on staying here again tbh.

This place is inexpensive, and that is the most appealing thing about it. Good: Spacious room. Beds are comfortable. Microwave oven and mini-refrigerator. It's secluded enough so that it's not a noisy area, but not far at all from civilization. Bad: A non-smoking property, but when you walk in the room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Cleaning service was almost non-existant. I did get extra towels when asked, but the beds were never changed at all. One of the towels I was given began to rip apart. You stay here so that you can save money, and that's what I did. The location is great, but it's best if you stay for a short time.
