Lovely service, clean spacious room with large ensuite. Views of the city, central location. Great stay!

Very nice staff and it is clean and comfortable. Every time when we come back, we can feel very relaxed. Outside is cold but our place is warm and we can have very relaxing hot shower. There is free internet and there are many T V channels and movies to see. I can keep in touch with my family overseas. Kids and I can enjoy movies together. The location is very good. It is in the city and very convenient to take public transport or visit tourist information centre to join tours. There are lots of warehouses, department stores, shops, cafe or restaurants around. I recommend anyone to stay at Launceston Central Apartment Hotel.

I booked this accommodation for the last few nights on our honeymoon and was not happy at all. The room we were put in was dirty, it had stains all over the carpet, the wall was patched up using masking tape and overall, the room just looked terrible. We had a non-refundable booking so weren't given any of our booking money back even after the state of our room. We were in the room for 5 minutes before leaving and booking somewhere new - some sort of refund should have been offered. So disappointing and was out of pocket for new accommodation.

Nice a spacious apartment & staff were lovely & very helpful, but I needed to clean kitchen, bathroom before I could use. Bathroom tiles with mould & hair on the floor which wasn't ours , black scum in plud hole of the bathroom sink. Kitchen cupboard & draws had to be wiped out before I could use , kitchen sink was brown with sains !! Don't think it's had a good clean for month / Years !! No excuse seeing it was closed during COVID.

Lovely staff , very spacious apartment, but dirty!!! The main area's were o.k 👍 IE worktops , tables ect . But bathroom tiles with mould and sink in bathroom black scum , black hair & gunk around toilet base, kitchen sink had brown stain in ( which I had to clean before I could use) kitchen cupboard and drawers had stains on ( had to clean myself)

We were very happy with our accommodation. Our apartment was spacious and well equipped with washing machine and drier. An airer is available on request and we found that clothes dried overnight . Staff were excellent and happy to assist in any way. Parking is opposite in a Council car park but at a reduced rate. There are 10 min drop off bays at the door to unload/load luggage. Close to the CBD Very surprised to receive a text message well before the usual check in time to advise that our apartment was ready - this a much appreciated service and a service which should be offered by all accommodation providers. Highly recommended

Writing this from the hotel after midnight after losing hope of any sleep due to the clock tower chiming away seemingly every 15 minutes??? Do not recommend staying here without ear plugs. I didn’t think to bring them unfortunately. Hotel itself is ok, but quite run down. I struggled to open the room door as it was quite jammed and it wasn’t the only door like this. I am tall and fairly strong, so if I’m struggling with it, I’m sure it poses a significant fire escape risk for many people. Uncomfortable beds and unusually impractical architectural design choices, i.e., a clear glass wall on the bedroom for privacy from the kitchen while still having a solid door you can close… It makes no sense. Who designed this place?
