I selected this particular hotel because it had a 3PM check in which is one hour earlier than the surrounding hotels. We were there for a cheer competition and had a 4:30 team meet time at the Mass Mutual Center which was right next door. Even though I had called twice earlier in the morning and was informed that they had several people check out, our room was not ready. In fact our room was not even ready until after 4:00. ONE HOUR after check in. Personally, I find this to be unacceptable considering I selected the hotel because of the check in time. After we got back to the room, my daughter showered and said there was no hot water. I thought maybe she was exaggerating or maybe many people were showering at that time and hot water was running out. NOPE, I showered at 6AM and there literally was one minute of warm water. Prior to writing this review I emailed management and called and left a message. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from anyone. I honestly believe there should be some financial compensation considering I paid well over $300 for this room when I could have paid much less and less aggravation elsewhere.
